As part of our thorough inspection services we now offer IR (Infrared) Thermal Imaging. This valuable tool can be used to inspect residential and commercial properties revealing many potential issues that may otherwise go unnoticed.  This technology can detect temperature differences that can alert an inspector to many building deficiencies before they are visible with the naked eye.  Some of the many items that can be detected with Infrared Thermal Imaging include:

• Moisture from roof and/or plumbing leaks
• Missing or inadequate insulation
• Failed double-pane windows that do not have visible moisture present
• Energy loss like air leaks around windows and doors
• Hot spots within the homes electrical system
